匀流布槽与复合变径导布管让织物无缠结、无折痕运行，一次染色成功率极高；多环松式机各环独立同步驱动，布匹循环速度匹配；喷射水流最高可达 3 kg/cm²，翻布频率高、匀染性好，缩短整体染程。 U-flow channels and variable-diameter guide tubes run fabric free of tangles and creases for a very high first-pass success rate; multi-loop soft machines drive each loop independently for matched circulation, and jet water pressure reaches up to 3 kg/cm² for high-frequency fabric turnover and excellent levelness — all shortening the dyeing cycle.
ERD/ECD 超小浴比 1:5~1:6，综合节水节汽约 60%；HAD 高温气液雾化浴比突破 1:3~1:4；EAD 常温气液 1:3~1:5，省水 50% 以上；SOQ 气流机恒定时浴比 1:2~1:4，蒸汽耗用降 45% 以上；SS241H 染纱机每吨棉纱水耗 ≤50 t，省水约 65%。 ERD/ECD achieve a super-low liquor ratio of 1:5–1:6 with ~60% combined water and steam saving; HAD HT/HP air-liquid atomisation pushes the ratio to 1:3–1:4; EAD runs 1:3–1:5 saving over 50% water; SOQ airflow holds a constant 1:2–1:4 and cuts steam use by more than 45%; the SS241H yarn machine uses ≤50 t water per tonne of cotton yarn, saving about 65%.
ECD 整体减少废水排污 60% 以上，符合严格环保标准；SOQ 相比传统溢流机节水减排超 50%，盐碱助剂随浴比下降大幅减少；低浴比同时降低助剂与染料投入，助力印染企业达到国家一级能耗标准。 ECD cuts overall wastewater discharge by more than 60% to meet strict environmental standards; SOQ saves over 50% water versus conventional overflow machines and sharply reduces salt and alkali auxiliaries as the liquor ratio falls. Low liquor ratio also cuts auxiliary and dyestuff input, helping mills reach national first-class energy benchmarks.

高压容器采用进口 SUS316L 高抗腐蚀 A 级不锈钢，整机精密抛丸喷砂，关键配置含进口防擦伤出布轮胶条、变频主泵、气动电磁阀与翻片式磁性液位计。Pressure vessels use imported SUS316L grade-A corrosion-resistant stainless steel with precision blasting; key items include imported anti-abrasion delivery wheels, VFD main pumps, pneumatic valves and flap-type magnetic level gauges.

HAD/SOQ 采用独立风机气流将染液雾化后喷射至织物表面，染料瞬间渗透纤维；无液体阻力运行使张力极低，布面蓬松丰满、不擦伤。HAD/SOQ use an independent blower to atomise dyebath onto the fabric surface for instant penetration; running without liquid drag keeps tension extremely low, giving a full, soft hand with no abrasion.
